Turkey Walnut Salad

Ingredients

    1. 1 cup diced cooked turkey
    2. 1 1/2 cups diced celery
    3. 0.5 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas, thawed
    4. 1 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    5. 1 head lettuce, chopped
    6. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    7. 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    8. 1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Toss the cubed turkey, diced celery, thawed peas, oranges, and chopped lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix the yogurt and pineapple (with juice).
  3. Toss the salad with the dressing. Chill 2 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.
