Ingredients

    1. 1 cup water
    2. 2 cups whole-milk yogurt
    3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    4. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    5. 1 dash salt
    6. 1 cup mango pulp ( or frozen slices)
    7. 1/2 cup ice cube

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process about 1 minute or until smooth.
