Easy Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients

    1. 8 ounces spaghetti ( 1/2 box or pkg)
    2. 1/4 cup olive oil
    3. 2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
    4. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions. Drain and return to pot. Can use any pasta - does not have to be spaghetti.
  2. In a skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Saute garlic over medium heat until it begins to brown, then remove from burner.
  3. Pour garlic and olive oil over spaghetti and add parmesean cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat spaghetti and serve. I sprinkle more parmesean cheese on top after serving.
