Ingredients

    1. 6 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2. 1 purple onion, finely chopped
    3. 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
    4. 1 red bell pepper, chopped
    5. 2 stalks celery, chopped
    6. 1 -2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    7. 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
    8. 1 garlic clove, minced
    9. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    10. 1/4 cup olive oil
    11. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    12. 2 teaspoons sugar
    13. 1 teaspoon salt
    14. 1 teaspoon pepper
    15. 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    16. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    17. 4 cups tomato juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Blend slightly, to desired consistency. Place in non-metal, non-reactive storage container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to blend.
