Ingredients

    1. 2 lbs hash browns, frozen
    2. 1/4 cup butter, melted
    3. 1 teaspoon salt
    4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    5. 1/4 cup onion, chopped
    6. 2 cups sour cream
    7. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
    8. 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    Topping

    1. 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
    2. 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except toppings) together in large bowl.
  3. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
  4. Cover top of potatoes with the crushed cornflakes.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over cornflakes.
  6. Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
