Chinese Cabbage Salad With Chicken (Awesome Flavor)

Ingredients

    1. 1 head cabbage ( shredded)
    2. 1 cup carrot ( shredded)
    3. 1 cup green onion ( chopped)
    4. 1 lb chicken ( canned or cooked)
    5. 1/2 cup canola oil
    6. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    7. 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    8. 2 teaspoons sugar
    9. 3 ounces oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles ( uncooked)
    10. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
    11. 1 dash salt
    12. 1 dash pepper

Directions

  1. add cabbage, carrots, green onions to a large bowl or dish.
  2. add chicken.
  3. crunch ramen noodles over the salad. it is easiest to break them up in the bag first.
  4. mix together sugar and vineger till sugar is dissolved. add oils and whisk well.
  5. pour dressing over salad.
  6. top with sesame and/or sunflower seeds.
  7. salt and pepper to taste, you can also sprinkle a little of the oriental seasoning from the ramen noodle pack, but not too much.
  8. let marinade in fridge for about 2 hours before eating.
  9. enjoy!
