Ingredients

    1. 1 lb radish, cleaned, trimmed and sliced
    2. 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
    3. 1/2 cup sour cream
    4. 1 bunch scallion, trimmed and chopped
    5. salt
    6. pepper
    7. 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except dill, and place in a serving bowl.
  2. Dill is the garnish.
