frozen hash browns, thawed & drained
( I like the Southern Style)
ground black pepper
finely sliced green onion
grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans
cream of chicken soup
any of the following toppings
crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs or
- Mix all ingredients together well in large mixing bowl. If too dry add a little cream or milk.
- Spread evenly into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with topping.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hours.
