Ingredients

    1. 236.59 ml short-grain brown rice
    2. 974.75 ml water
    3. 14.79 ml chicken consomme
    4. 29.58 ml onion soup mix
    5. 4.92 ml soy sauce
    6. 1 garlic clove, crushed
    7. 453.59 g boneless beef chuck roast

Directions

  1. Place rice in a crockpot.
  2. Add consume, onion soup mix, soy sauce and garlic.
  3. Add water and give it a little stir
  4. Add the meat.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour then switch setting to low and cook until needed -- .
