Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

    1. 1 medium zucchini
    2. 453.59 g sausage
    3. 59.14 ml chopped onion
    4. 59.14 ml chopped green bell pepper
    5. 118.29 ml cracker crumb
    6. 1 egg
    7. 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
    8. 1.23 ml salt
    9. 1.23 ml oregano
    10. 0.25 ml garlic salt

Directions

  1. Cut zucchini lengthwise, remove large seeds, peel and cube.
  2. Cook onion and sausage and drain well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and places in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
