Pork Chops Smothered in Green Beans

Ingredients

    1. 4 lean pork chops
    2. 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
    3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    4. 1 (15 ounce) cans French style green beans, drained
    5. salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking pan with cook spray.
  2. Mix the soup, sour cream, spices, & beans together. Place the chops in the pan then pour the soup & bean mixture over the chops.
  3. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chops are no longer link inside. Serve hot.
