Ingredients

    1. 2 cups sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions and still warm
    2. 4 tablespoons sushi vinegar
    3. 1 tablespoon sugar
    4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Add to rice, and mix well.
  3. Allow to cool before making sushi.
