Ingredients

    1. 8 hot dogs
    2. 1 1/4 cups flour
    3. 1 teaspoon salt
    4. 3/4 cup cornmeal
    5. 4 tablespoons sugar
    6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
    7. 2 eggs
    8. 3/4 cup milk
    9. wooden skewer

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add eggs and milk.
  2. Mix till lump free.
  3. Skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
  4. Deep fry in 350 degree oil. Remove when golden brown, about 5 minutes.
