Ingredients

    1. 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked ( cut in to bite size pieces)
    2. 8 ounces sour cream
    3. 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    4. 8 ounces butter ( melted)
    5. 72 town house crackers ( 2 sleeves, crushed)
    6. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat 350.
  2. Mix chicken, sour cream & soup. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix butter, crackers & poppy seeds.
  4. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom of 8x8 pan.
  5. Top with chicken mixture.
  6. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
  7. Cover & bake 1 hour.
