Steak With Hearty Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup dijon-style mustard
    2. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    3. 3 tablespoons dry sherry
    4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    5. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    6. 1 garlic clove, minced
    7. 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    8. 2 lbs round steaks, 1 . 5-inch thick

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine mustard, soy sauce, wine, sugar, oil, garlic and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
  2. Place steak in large shallow dish or plastic bag; add marinade. Cover; refrigerate at least 5 hours; turn meat occasionally.
  3. Remove meat from marinade; place on grill about 5" from source of heat. Brush with marinade. Grill 15 minutes; turn meat and brush with marinade. Grill 10 minutes longer or until desired doneness.
