Broiled Rainbow Trout With Herb Mayonnaise

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 6 tablespoons regular mayonnaise or 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    2. 1 garlic clove, minced
    3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    4. herbs ( i usually use dill or thyme)
    5. 1 dash pepper
    6. 4 (4 ounce) rainbow trout fillets

Directions

  1. Combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  2. Cover flesh side of each trout fillet with 1/4 of the mayo mixture.
  3. Broil 4" from heat source for about 3-5 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly.
