Parsley Buttered Carrots for the Microwave

Ingredients

    1. 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    2. 2 cups carrots, sliced into 1/3 inch pieces
    3. 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Place butter in a small casserole.
  2. Cook in a microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  3. Add carrots and parsley flakes, stir and mix well.
  4. Cook at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender.
