My Southern Grandma's Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

    1. 8 inches graham cracker pie crust
    2. 1 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
    3. 1 large lime, juice and zest of ( preferably a Key lime, but not necessary)
    4. 1 (9 ounce) containers Cool Whip, softened
    5. 1 (6 ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate
    6. 4 drops green food coloring

Directions

  1. Use a large mixing bowl; grate rind (zest) of lime, add squeezed lime juice frozen limeade and sweetened condensed milk to the bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add Cool Whip; mix well again.
  3. Spoon into prepared pie crust.
  4. Swirl top with spoon.
  5. Cover; chill overnight.
  6. Keep chilled until serving.
