Ingredients

    1. 250 g cream cheese spread ( 1 tub)
    2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
    3. 1/3 cup sour cream
    4. 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped ( 90 grams)
    5. 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
    6. 2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well blended.
  2. Add salmon, lemon, and dill (if using).
  3. Stir gently until well blended.
  4. Serve with crackers.
