chicken thighs, grilled whole then cut into bite-size pieces
1 -2 tablespoon
garlic clove, crushed
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup apple juice or 1/4 cup
light brown sugar
- Add chicken pieces to grill and cook until lightly browned.
- Remove chicken.
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add remaining ingredients to skillet, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
- Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve over hot rice and ENJOY.
