Ingredients

    1. 1 lb ground beef
    2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
    3. 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelopes taco seasoning mix
    4. 1 (14 ounce) cans green chilies
    5. 1 cup monterey jack cheese
    6. 1 1/4 cups milk
    7. 3/4 cup Bisquick
    8. 3 eggs
    9. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix.
  5. Spread beef mixture in pie plate.
  6. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
  7. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  8. Pour in pie shell.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  11. Garnish with peppers and cheese.
