Ingredients

    1. 158.51 ml oil
    2. 395.10 ml sugar
    3. 2 eggs
    4. 532.32 ml flour
    5. 158.51 ml water
    6. 6.16 ml baking powder
    7. 6.16 ml baking soda
    8. 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
    9. 2.46 ml cinnamon
    10. 236.59 ml mini chocolate chip

Directions

  1. Mix oil sugar and eggs together.
  2. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips just until combined.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour (check center of batter with toothpick; it should come out dry when ready).
