Tuscan Sausage Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 lb Italian sausage, sliced
    2. 1 small zucchini, sliced
    3. 1 small summer squash, sliced
    4. 1 small onion, chopped
    5. 8 ounces tubettini pasta or 8 ounces orzo pasta
    6. 3 cups water
    7. 1 (26 ounce) jars pasta sauce
    8. 1 (16 ounce) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    9. 1 beef bouillon cube

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 9-11 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a large pot, brown sausage.
  3. Stir in zucchini, squash and onion; cook and stir until tender.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients, except pasta.
  5. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in pasta.
