Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients

    1. 1 ripe avocado
    2. 1/2 cup canned tuna, drained
    3. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    4. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    5. 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    6. 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix the tuna, mayo, oregano, onion powder and vinegar together.
  2. Slice the avocado in half length-wise (hot dog bun style). Remove the seed.
  3. Scoop out the pulp, mixing half of it into the tuna mixture.
  4. Stuff the tuna mixture into the avocado "shells".
