Ingredients

    1. 1 lb ground beef
    2. 2 tablespoons flour
    3. 1 tablespoon minced onion
    4. 1 beef bouillon cube
    5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    6. 2 tablespoons sherry wine
    7. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    8. 1 (3 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
    9. 8 ounces sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown meat in 2 tablespoons Butter.
  2. Stir in flour and next 4 ingredients.
  3. Add 1-cup water and mushrooms in liquid. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add sour cream; stir into meat mixture.
  5. Add wine; heat through. Serve over hot buttered noodles. (May need to add milk if it is too thick.).
