Ingredients

    1. 1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks
    2. 2 cups chopped fresh mango
    3. 1 carambolas or 1 star fruit, sliced
    4. 2 ripe wrinkled passion fruit, split, with pulp removed and seeds strained out
    5. 1 (12 ounce) jars maraschino cherries, drained with syrup reserved
    6. 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
    7. 1 cup white miniature marshmallows or 1 cup pink miniature marshmallow
    8. 1 cup sour cream
    9. 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix fruits and marshmallows together in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together sour cream and powdered sugar with 1/4 cup of the reserved cherry syrup; discard the rest.
  3. Gently fold sweetened sour cream dressing into fruit.
  4. Cover and chill for several hours before serving (shows as cooking time).
