The "slim" Jim Sandwich

Ingredients

    1. 2 slices low-calorie bread ( toasted)
    2. 6 slices virginia ham ( thin slice or shaved)
    3. 1 slice low-fat swiss cheese
    4. 1 tablespoon fat-free thousand island salad dressing
    5. 3 slices tomatoes
    6. 1/4 cup lettuce

Directions

  1. Place ham in non-stick skillet on low just till sizzles a little, turn over.
  2. Once heated through turn off stove and put cheese on top so it can melt a little.
  3. Spread each piece of bread with 1/2 tablespoons of dressing.
  4. Build sandwich with ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Cut in half. Enjoy.
