Ingredients

    1. 1 lb fish fillet
    2. 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
    3. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    4. 3/4 teaspoon season salt
    5. 1 teaspoon onion powder
    6. 1 tablespoon butter
    7. 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. Mix the bread crumbs and spices together.
  2. Coat the fish in the crumb mixture.
  3. Panfry the fish in the butter/oil blend unil well browned.
