Pesto Meatballs

Ingredients

    1. 3 lbs 80% lean ground beef ( 20% fat)
    2. 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    3. 2 eggs, lightly whisked
    4. 1/2 cup finely minced onion
    5. 1/2 cup pesto sauce ( prepared or store bought or Recipe #49909)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet with spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients together by hand and form into oversized golf balls.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle.
