Swiss Cheese Cranberry and Pineapple Spread

Ingredients

    1. 8 ounces soft cream cheese with pineapple
    2. 6 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
    3. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
    4. 1 tablespoon orange rind
    5. 2 tablespoons dry sherry or 2 tablespoons apple juice
    6. 1/4-2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie plate.
  4. Bake 14-16 minutes.
  5. Serve with apple or pear wedges and crackers.
  6. Can be made up to 12 hours in advance then baked.
