2 (14 ounce) cans
onion, thinly sliced
1 red peppers or 1
green pepper, seeded and chopped
smoked link sausage, thinly sliced
fresh oregano, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 cup
- In a crock pot, combine tomatoes, broth, onion, pepper, mushrooms, sausage and oregano.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- When done, spoon into individual bowls.
- Top with cheese.
