Ingredients

    1. 3/4 cup oil
    2. 1/2 cup honey
    3. 1 cup sugar
    4. 4 eggs
    5. 1/2 cup milk
    6. 1/2 cup sour cream
    7. 1 tablespoon Creme de Cacao
    8. 1 tablespoon Kahlua
    9. 2 cups flour
    10. 1/2 cup cocoa
    11. 2 teaspoons baking powder
    12. 1 teaspoon baking soda
    13. 1 tablespoon instant coffee
    14. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    15. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    16. 1/4 teaspoon clove

    COFFEE KAHLUA CREAM GLAZE

    1. 1 cup cream
    2. 1 teaspoon instant coffee
    3. 2 tablespoons sugar
    4. 1 tablespoon Kahlua

Directions

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture, mix well.
  3. Spread into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325F for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  4. Coffee Kahlua Cream Glaze:
  5. Beat all ingredients until stiff and
  6. spread over cool cake.
