Ingredients

    1. 2 tablespoons butter
    2. 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3. 1 teaspoon curry powder
    4. 1 tablespoon flour
    5. 21 ounces chicken broth ( 2 cans)
    6. 1 lb canned pumpkin
    7. 1 teaspoon brown sugar
    8. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
    10. 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Add curry powder and flour. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Add other ingredients. Simmer.
  4. Garnish with Chives or parsley.
