Slow Cooker BBQ Short Ribs

Ingredients

    1. 4 lbs beef short ribs
    2. 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    3. 1 cup barbecue sauce, your favorite
    4. 2 tablespoons honey
    5. 1/4 cup flour
    6. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Place ribs and onions in slow cooker.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, flour and mustard; pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours) or until ribs are tender.
  4. Remove ribs from slow cooker; cover to keep warm.
  5. Skim excess fat from sauce; return ribs to sauce.
  6. Stir gently until evenly coated.
