Ingredients

    1. 6 pan-dressed tilapia fillets
    2. 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
    3. 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    4. 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    5. 1 teaspoon paprika
    6. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    7. 1/4 teaspoon basil
    8. 2 teaspoons salt ( to taste)
    9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    10. 3/4 cup margarine or 3/4 cup cooking oil
    11. lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Dip tilapia in melted butter or oil and roll in crumb mixture.
  3. Arrange the tilapia fillets in well-greased 14" by 9" by 2" baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until tilapia fillets flake easily.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
