- Mix hamburger and mustard together in a bowl.
- Toast the English Muffins.
- Spread the hamburger mixture over the tops of the muffins.
- Place the muffins on a cookie sheet and broil until hamburger is well-done.
- Butter, salt and pepper each muffin.
