Baked Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

    1. 1 dozen sandwich bun
    2. 1/2 cup butter
    3. 1/4 cup mustard
    4. 1/4 cup onion, chopped finely
    5. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
    6. 3/4 lb ham, sliced thin
    7. 3/4 lb swiss cheese, sliced thin

Directions

  1. Melt butter and add mustard (cheap, yellow), onion and poppy seeds. Cook slowly until onion is tender.
  2. Spread both sides of your choice of sandwich roll with the above mixture.
  3. Add slices of ham and cheese. Pile it on!
  4. Wrap sandwiches in foil and bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
