Ingredients

    1. 2 cups arugula
    2. 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
    3. 1 cup walnut halves
    4. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    5. 1/4 cup olive oil
    6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
    8. 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine the two lettuces and set aside.
  2. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and bleu cheese. Toss with the lettuces.
  3. Divide onto four plates and top with walnut halves.
