Ingredients

    1. 8 ounces cream cheese
    2. 6 teaspoons butter
    3. 3/4 cup milk
    4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions

  1. Melt together cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic.
  2. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  3. Serve over pasta or chicken.
