Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Beef Strips in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

    1. 500 g steak, cut in strips
    2. 1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix ( 1 envelope)
    3. 10 1/2 ounces mushroom soup, condensed ( 1 can)
    4. 7 7/8 ounces soup can water ( 3/4 can)
    5. 1 medium green capsicum, seeded and sliced ( bell pepper)
    6. herbs
    7. spices

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except meat in crock pot.
  2. Add meat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
  4. Before serving, thicken gravy with flour or cornstarch mixed with a little water.
  5. Just before serving (if you wish) add 1 cup sour cream to gravy and stir well.
  6. Serve over noodles.
