You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 3 cups flour
    2. 1 cup shortening
    3. 1 egg, beaten
    4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    5. 4 tablespoons water, ice cold
    6. 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions

  1. Using a pastry cutter, or fork and knife, combine flour shortening to resemble small peas OR do what I do, using my Kitchen Aid Mixer, mix until mixture resembles small peas. Do NOT over Mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix balance of ingredients.
  3. Add egg mixture to shortening and flour, until mixture forms together.
  4. DO NOT over mix.
