lean pork, cut into small strips
garlic cloves, chopped fine
red bell pepper, diced
dried red chili, crushed, for extra heat
fresh ginger, quarter-sized, cut into matchsticks
fresh ground black pepper
1 -2 tablespoon

1/4 cup white wine or 1/4 cup beer or 1/4 cup stock or 1/4 cup
- Heat oil to medium-high; stir-fry garlic, dried chile, and pork, about 3-4 minutes until pork is nearly done.
- Add onions, ginger, bell pepper, and stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Add black pepper and remaining liquids and stir-fry another 1-2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Serve over white rice.
