Crispy Breaded and Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

    1. 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
    2. 1 teaspoon onion powder
    3. 1 teaspoon dried basil
    4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    6. 1 egg
    7. 1 tablespoon water
    8. 10 whole chicken wings

Directions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, basil, garlic salt and paprika.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk egg and water.
  3. Cut chicken wings into three sections and discard wing tips.
  4. Dip wings in egg, then place in bag and shake to coat.
  5. Place on a greased 15 x 10" baking pan.
  6. Bake at 425° for 30-35 minutes or
  7. until juices run clear, turning once.
