Ingredients

    BASE

    1. 2 1/4 cups flour
    2. 3 tablespoons icing sugar
    3. 3/4 cup margarine

    Topping

    1. 3 beaten eggs
    2. 2 cups brown sugar
    3. 1/2 cup melted butter
    4. 2 tablespoons vinegar
    5. 2 teaspoons vanilla
    6. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    7. 1 1/2 cups raisins

Directions

  1. For the base cut together with pastry blender.
  2. Pat into a 9x 13 in pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  3. For the topping mix all ingredients together and pour over base.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
