Ingredients

    1. 14.79 ml onion flakes
    2. 9.85 ml ground thyme
    3. 4.92 ml dried parsley
    4. 4.92 ml ground allspice
    5. 1.23 ml ground cinnamon
    6. 4.92 ml ground black pepper
    7. 2.46 ml cayenne pepper
    8. 4.92 ml paprika
    9. 2.46 ml hot pepper flakes
    10. 1.23 ml ground cumin
    11. 14.79 ml garlic powder
    12. 9.85 ml salt
    13. 1.23 ml ground nutmeg
    14. 9.85 ml sugar
    15. 9.85 ml dried chives

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar.
  3. It will keep its strength for over a month.
  4. 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning for each pound of meat.
