Pesto Burgers

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
    2. 1/4 cup basil pesto
    3. 1 large garlic clove, minced
    4. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained and minced
    5. salt & freshly ground black pepper
    6. 6 slices provolone cheese
    7. 6 slices tomatoes
    8. 1 purple onion, thinly sliced
    9. 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
    10. 6 onion rolls

Directions

  1. Combine beef, pesto, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix together thoroughly and shape into 6 patties.
  2. Grill burgers to desired doneness. Top with cheese slices just before burgers finish cooking.
  3. Serve burgers on onion rolls with the mayonnaise, tomatoes and onion.
