Prawn & Avocado Cocktail

Ingredients

    1. 1 head lettuce
    2. 2 avocados
    3. 500 g prawns
    4. 1 cup ketchup ( chili ketchup is quite nice)
    5. 1 cup mayonnaise ( light is ok)
    6. Tabasco sauce
    7. brandy (optional)

Directions

  1. Shred lettuce.
  2. Peel and cut avocado in fan like shapes.
  3. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, Tabasco and brandy together until an even pink colour.
  4. Mix prawns into sauce, approx a handful per person.
  5. Serve on top of lettuce with avocado on side of plate.
