Thyme Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

    1. 1 lb fresh asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
    2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
    3. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
    4. 1 garlic clove, minced
    5. 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
    6. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Drizzle asparagus w/ olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for about 15 minutes or until asparagus is to desired tenderness.
