Ingredients

    1. 2 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
    2. 1/2 cup finely diced ham or 1/2 cup bacon
    3. 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
    4. 2 eggs, scrambled and chopped up
    5. 3 -4 diced spring onions
    6. 1/4-1/3 cup soy sauce
    7. 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
    8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
    9. 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. Steam rice according to your steamer's direction.
  2. Place all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Put hot rice directly on top and let sit for 2-3 minutes stir well and serve immediately.
