Low Carb Chocolate "Mousse"

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 16 ounces ricotta cheese
    2. 2 ounces cream cheese ( preferably whipped, or softened)
    3. 1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    4. 1/4-1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    5. 2 tablespoons cocoa
    6. 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
    7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    8. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    9. 1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts, of choice

Directions

  1. Process cheeses and cream with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  2. Add splenda, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon into 6 dessert cups and garnish with nuts.
  5. *could add 2 tablespoons peanut butter for variation.
  6. *could make super mousse-y by whipping half the cream separately and folding it inches.
